Sir John Déjeuner Continental is a Triple NEIPA brewed in collaboration with Bearded Brewer Artisan Ales from Omaha. A recipe with an especially high hop charge, combining different forms of Citra, Waimea, Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka (Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Dynaboost, Citra Incognito, Waimea, Fresh Waimea HopKief, Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Cryo and Riwaka). The result is intensely fruity, with a light herbal character and residual sweetness that balances the bitterness.

About the brewery

Sir John View more beers

Brasserie Sir John Brewing Co. was founded in 2019 in Lachute (Quebec, Canada), Sir John Brewing Co. works exclusively with modern styles of high hopping and intensity. Its production revolves around NEIPAs, Double and Triple IPAs, together with a more limited selection of imperial stouts and experimental beers in short series.

The quality of the final product is supported by high rotation, cold control and advanced dry hopping techniques. Haze, texture and aromatic load are managed with precision. They do not brew classic styles or entry-level references: their catalogue is focused on a specialized consumer.

Among their most in-demand references are the Ces Cerberes and Blind Pig series, with collaborative releases alongside other breweries from the North American NE circuit, such as Messorem, Mellanobrass, and Epitaphe.
