Third Moon Brewing Co. is based in Milton, Ontario, Canada, and was officially opened in May 2020 by Chris Steininger and Steve "Bebo" Pilotto after years of planning. Inspired by US craft, the brewery focuses on Hazy, Pastry and fruit-loaded Sour styles. Its rotating and limited production line is accompanied by an atmosphere that combines a dark aesthetic.
