Absolutely. At Mascraft we work to offer Spanish and imported craft beer at fair, affordable prices; both in more accessible options and in the most exclusive releases. The goal is for you to find a good price on the beer you want, not for you to always have to choose the cheapest one.
All our stock, without exception: IPA, Lager, Stout, Sour, Lambic, or any other style is stored in our cold room between 5 and 7 °C, upright and in the dark until the order leaves with the carrier. This helps us preserve its freshness, aromas and flavour as much as possible.
Orders placed Monday to Friday in the morning are usually shipped on the same business day with an express service. From dispatch, estimated delivery is 24/48 hours on business days in mainland Spain, and 3 to 5 business days in the rest of Europe, depending on the country and destination carrier. During high-volume periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday, these timeframes may be longer.
In mainland Spain and Portugal, shipping is free from €65. We also ship to several European Union countries, with free shipping options depending on the order value. You can check here the rates, delivery times and shipping conditions for each country.
We help you directly by WhatsApp and email. If a beer arrives damaged, an item is missing or you receive the wrong product, contact us with your order number and, if needed, attach photos of the issue. We'll review the case and offer you a solution as soon as possible.
Yes. You can send any order directly to someone else by entering a delivery address different from your own. If you want it to arrive around a specific date, mention it in the order notes and we'll try to adjust the shipment to that day. You can also add a greeting message.
