Proximity allows us to work with recent batches, bring in new releases frequently and keep prices competitive. All stock is kept cold between 5 and 7 degrees C and available units are shown in real time.
Absolutely. At Mascraft, we work to offer Spanish and imported craft beer at fair, affordable prices, from everyday favourites to more exclusive releases. Our aim is for you to get a good price on the beer you want, not to make you choose the cheapest option every time.
All our stock, without exception, whether IPA, Lager, Stout, Sour, Lambic or any other style, is stored in our cold room at 5-7 °C, upright and in the dark until your order leaves with the carrier. This helps preserve its freshness, aroma and flavour.
Orders placed on weekday mornings are usually dispatched on the same business day with express service. From dispatch, estimated delivery is 24-48 business hours in mainland Spain and 3-5 business days in the rest of Europe, depending on the destination country and carrier. These times may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.
In mainland Spain and Portugal, shipping is free from €65. We also ship to a number of EU countries, with free-shipping thresholds that depend on the order value. You can check here for rates, delivery times and conditions by country.
You can contact us directly by WhatsApp or email. If a beer arrives damaged, an item is missing or you receive the wrong product, write to us with your order number and, if needed, photos of the issue. We'll review it and offer a solution as soon as possible.
Yes. You can send an order straight to someone else by entering their delivery address. If you'd like it to arrive around a particular date, mention this in the order notes and we'll do our best to time the shipment. You can also add a gift message.
