In compliance with current regulations, Mascraft, operating through www.mascraft.eu, establishes these general contracting terms applicable to the products and/or services offered, outlining the rights and obligations of the parties involved.

These General Contracting Terms regulate the relationship between Mascraft (the "Provider") and customers (the "User").

The person who registers and contracts through the website. The User is responsible for the truthfulness of the data provided and for the confidential use of their credentials.

By accepting these Terms, the User declares that they are of legal age and have legal capacity to contract, and that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
4. Availability
These Terms will always be available before contracting and may be stored or printed by the User.
5. Validity
These Terms remain in force while published on the website. The terms in place at the time of contracting will apply.
6. Amendments
The Provider may modify these Terms without affecting products previously purchased. The User should review them before each purchase.
7. Nullity
If any clause is declared null, the remaining clauses will remain valid.
8. Purpose of the contract
The contract governs the sale of products offered on the website, through a visible price and User acceptance.
9. User registration
The User may register voluntarily to access additional features. They must safeguard their passwords and notify any loss or misuse.
10. Geographical scope
Mascraft operates in Europe. Transactions are considered to take place in Spain and are subject to Spanish law.
11. Product information
Products include technical descriptions and illustrative images, which may differ slightly from the delivered product.
12. Taxes, currency and shipping

- Accepted currency: Euro (€).
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

14. Purchase process
- Registration (optional).
- Add products to the cart.
- Apply discounts if applicable.
- Enter the shipping address.
- Select payment method.
- Confirm and pay.
15. Availability
Stock is updated automatically. In the event of an error, the User will be contacted to offer alternatives or a refund.
16. Types of products
Craft beers, accessories and merchandising. Each product includes detailed information.
17. Maximum amount
There is no order limit.
18. Extension or cancellation
Contact customer service to extend or cancel an order. If the order has been shipped, it must be processed as a return.
19. Shipping and costs
- Mainland Spain: €5.99, free from €60.
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: cost according to volume.
- International: cost according to volume and destination.
20. Delivery times
- Mainland Spain: 24 working hours.
- Balearic Islands: from 48 hours.
- Canary Islands: approximately 5 days (not available).
- International: from 72 hours.
In the event of delay, an investigation will be opened before reshipments or refunds are made.
21. Invoice
The invoice is sent by email. It can be requested through the user account or by direct contact.
22. VAT
Included in all displayed prices.
23. Payment methods
- Credit/debit card.
- Bank transfer.
- Cryptocurrencies (not available).
- Bizum (not available).
No bank details are stored.
24. Returns / Withdrawal
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases: defective products or products damaged during transport, wrong shipment, or unused accessories/merchandising in original packaging.
In the event of an incident, the User must contact customer service within the first 48 hours after delivery. Photographic evidence of the condition of the package and products may be required. Accepted returns will be refunded through the same payment method used.

26. Warranty
Claims will only be handled for products in poor condition on delivery, incorrect products or damaged packaging that has compromised content quality. Any incident must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence of the affected product and original packaging.
Mascraft is not responsible for product deterioration caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.
27. Provider rights
The Provider may modify the website without prior notice, reject orders for non-payment or lack of stock, change prices, retain ownership until full payment and correct technical or human errors.
28. Limitation of liability
The Provider is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect User data, viruses or other external elements, or interruptions to external services such as electricity or telecommunications.
29. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Spanish law governs these Terms. For users outside Spain, disputes will be submitted to the courts of the website owner's domicile, unless otherwise required by law.
