Shipping and Returns

We work with express transport services for mainland shipments. The term 24h refers to the type of shipping service, not to a guaranteed next-day delivery.

Orders placed during morning hours, Monday to Friday, are usually prepared and shipped on the same business day. Once collected, the estimated delivery time is approximately 24 working hours under normal conditions.

Delivery times depend exclusively on the logistics company and therefore cannot be guaranteed 100%: public holidays, logistics incidents or certain areas may cause occasional delays.

All our beers are kept cold and handed to the transport company in the afternoon so they travel overnight. We also offer an extra urgent refrigerated shipping option (24h) for €6.79, with Mascraft absorbing a large part of the cost to guarantee optimal preservation during transport.

Spain and Portugal (mainland)

  • 24/48h Express: free for orders over €65; €6.49 for orders below €65.
  • 24h Refrigerated: €6.79 for orders over €65, while the promotion lasts.

Balearic Islands

  • Express (1-4 working days): €6.49 for orders over €65; €10.99 for orders below €65.
  • 24h Refrigerated: €25.99 for orders over €65.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Returns and refunds policy

At Mascraft, customer satisfaction matters deeply to us. Because our products are perishable, our returns policy is designed to be fair and clear under current legislation.

Products eligible for return or refund

  • Products that arrive broken or with clear manufacturing defects.
  • Products that do not match your order, meaning the wrong product was sent.

Return conditions

  • Timeframe: returns must be made within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
  • Product condition: products must be in their original condition, unopened and in original packaging, except for defective products.

Return process

  1. Notification: if you wish to return a product, contact us within the indicated period with details of the issue and photographic evidence where applicable.
  2. Review: we will evaluate your request and notify you whether the return is approved or rejected.
  3. Return shipping: if approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back. Return shipping costs will be covered by Mascraft only in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part.
  4. Refund or exchange: once the returned product is received, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds are made through the original payment method and may take several working days to appear in your account.

Exclusions

Products purchased during special sales or with clear discounts, such as "last chance" or "damaged/imperfect" products, are excluded. Gift cards and other non-physical products are not eligible for return.
