Ziemia Obiecana is a Polish craft brewery founded in 2015 by homebrewer Łukasz Kierski together with Justyna. The project began in the Łódź region, initially brewing in nearby Pabianice before moving production to Ksawerów, where it is now based. The name, meaning “Promised Land”, is linked to Łódź and the city's historical association with that expression.
Its range has developed mainly around modern IPA and sour beer, with numerous New England IPA, Double and Triple IPA, as well as Fruited Sour and Smoothie Sour. The brewery regularly works with American and New Zealand hop varieties and ingredients such as fruit, grapes and concentrated hop products, creating interpretations that often move beyond the more traditional categories.
