Weizen, Märzen, Kölsch, Pils, Rauchbier, Bock - each style follows defined parameters, specific regions and breweries that have executed them with precision for centuries. Available German styles
Wheat Weizen with well-calibrated banana and clove esters. Lager-fermented Märzen with toasted body and dry finish. Kölsch brewed in Cologne under protected designation. Pils with clean bitterness and herbal profile. Bamberg Rauchbier with beech-smoked malt. Bock and Doppelbock with high density for cold serving.
Storage and import
All German stock is stored at 4-6°C from arrival at our warehouse. The cold chain ensures aromatic profiles remain intact, especially in top-fermented styles where yeast character is decisive.
