Omnipollo is a Swedish brewery founded in 2011 by Henok Fentie, a brewer with Ethiopian roots, and Karl Grandin, a graphic designer based in Stockholm. Together they reinvented what it means to make beer: extreme styles, creative collaborations, unusual ingredients and labels impossible to ignore.
In 2013 they launched Yellow Belly, a radical Stout that bordered on the provocative. At one point, they also signed the strongest beer in the world: 41%.
Their beers do not follow trends. They create them. And they do it from their own "church", an old chapel converted into a brewery and laboratory in Stockholm.
