Outer Range Brewing Co., founded in 2016 by Lee and Emily Cleghorn, has its original headquarters in Frisco, Colorado, United States. Located at high altitude in the Rocky Mountains, the brewery operates under the motto "Leave the Life Below", specializing almost exclusively in IPAs (especially Hazy or New England) and Belgian-style Ales, an influence acquired by Lee during his youth living in Belgium. Its most emblematic reference is In the Steep, an IPA with Citra and Mosaic that defines its house profile.
In 2022 they opened their second own production brewery in Europe, specifically in Sallanches, France, at the foot of Mont Blanc. Known as Outer Range Alps, this facility allows them to supply the European market with fresh beer produced locally, replicating the quality of their American IPAs and maintaining the brand identity, which is fully linked to ski culture and high-mountain life.
