Compañía Cervecera Hércules is a brewery located in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. The project was established in 2011 inside the facilities of the old Fábrica de Textiles Hércules, a historic industrial site originally founded in 1846, which they have restored into a gastronomic and cultural centre.
Unlike many modern brands focused on hop intensity, Hércules has earned its special reputation by specializing in the precise execution of traditional European styles, mainly German- and Czech-inspired Lagers, and British Ales. They are one of the few producers in Mexico that maintain a regular line of Cask service (beer served by gravity or hand pump without added CO2). Their catalogue includes regular references such as Lager, Macanuda (Brown Ale) and Superlupe (IPA).
