Old Nation M-43 is a NEIPA and the first release in the brewery's "New Orthodox" series. Brewed with Calypso, Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo, it shows citrus and tropical aromas of pineapple, mango and grapefruit, with a soft, creamy texture and restrained bitterness. Its haze does not come from yeast, but from the interaction between the lipids in malted oats and the oils and acids naturally present in the hops selected for dry hopping.

Its team combines traditional methods with modern production focused on consistency, raw materials and process control. The brewery gained particular notoriety with M-43, its New England IPA brewed with Calypso, Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo, which became one of its most representative beers.
