Sultana is an American aroma hop developed by Hopsteiner's breeding programme. It is characterised by large cones and an especially high oil concentration, between 2.5 and 4 ml/100 g. Its aromatic profile combines pineapple, stone fruit, red berries, citrus and pine. It has 12-15% alpha acids and can be used across different beer styles.
