Baa Baa Brewhouse is a microbrewery from Brookshire, Texas, United States, known for its technical mastery of NEIPAs and fruit Berliner Weisse. Founded in 2016, it pioneered the introduction of hazy IPAs to the Houston market and has since maintained production focused on small batches with high aromatic intensity. Its NEIPA series, such as Ewe Phoria and Fugitive Merino, uses American hops in high concentrations, with dense, tropical profiles and marked haze. They do not repeat recipes: each batch is a variation on an evolving base.
