Vegan
This Barrel Aged Solera Stout is a 50/50 blend of dark beer aged in Bourbon, Laird apple brandy and maple syrup barrels BLiS; brewed at The Veil (USA) together with Omnipollo's own dark beer. After blending, the beer spent another 16 months in freshly emptied Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels and was treated with toasted coconut and vanilla.

Omnipollo is a Swedish brewery founded in 2011 by Henok Fentie, a brewer with Ethiopian roots, and Karl Grandin, a graphic designer based in Stockholm. Together they reinvented what it means to make beer: extreme styles, creative collaborations, unusual ingredients and labels impossible to ignore.
In 2013 they launched Yellow Belly, a radical Stout that bordered on the provocative. At one point, they also signed the strongest beer in the world: 41%.
Their beers do not follow trends. They create them. And they do it from their own "church", an old chapel converted into a brewery and laboratory in Stockholm.
