A dark beer inspired by the elegance of the classic Opera Cake dessert, with a complex structure full of nuance. It starts from a robust, roasted base, then combines two different coffees: Matubu Espresso, bringing deep roasted richness, and Danilo Salazar Keen, introducing a brighter, fruitier twist.
The cacao beans follow the same logic: one provides the traditional character of dark chocolate, while the other contributes a subtle touch of acidity and fruity notes, balancing the intensity of the coffee. The result is a beer that faithfully reflects the sophistication of its namesake dessert: complex and refined.

Moersleutel exclusively produces intense styles. It does not brew Lagers, Sours or entry-level releases: its catalogue revolves around Imperial Stouts, Barley Wines and NEIPAs, brewed in limited batches with full process control.
