Oso Brew Co, founded by David Ross and Patrick Tuck, officially began its journey in 2018 in Madrid, although the idea had germinated years earlier, in 2007, when the two first met in the Spanish capital as students. The transition of Oso Brew Co. from dream to reality took shape when Patrick began working at Anspach & Hobday in London, which refined his vision of opening a bar that would also function as a brewery. After several collaborations and festivals, the partners moved to Madrid and opened La Osita bar in 2019, introducing their beers to the market.
Oso's strategy has been intelligent, using modern techniques without losing the essence of tradition, especially by integrating local ingredients and styles that resonate with its surroundings. Today they already have their own brewery. The brand's logo and name are a clear tribute to the city of Madrid.
