Stolen Valor DIPA is a double IPA with a very marked double dry-hop, brewed with Columbus, Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy. Built on a malt base with plenty of oat flakes and unmalted wheat, this beer clearly shows the character of hops from both the northern and southern hemispheres. On the palate it unfolds layers of ripe mango, passion fruit, fleshy citrus and fresh pineapple, in a juicy, broad and highly aromatic whole.
