Brujos Brewing is a brewery located in Portland, Oregon, United States. The project, led by Sam Zermeno, began operating as a nomadic brand that generated an extremely fervent cult following before opening its own physical space and brewery in March 2024.
The brand is characterized by a dark and mystical aesthetic, centred on witchcraft and occultism. Its production is very limited and focuses almost exclusively on two high-demand styles: New England IPAs (Hazy IPAs) with a very hazy and hop-saturated profile, and Imperial Stouts with great density and body (Pastry Stouts). It is known for generating long queues for its releases and for reaching very high ratings on platforms such as Untappd.
