Three Times Three Vol. 7 is part of Omnipollo's international collaboration series and brings together seven breweries: Omnipollo (Sweden), Verdant (United Kingdom), Bellwoods (Canada), Great Divide (USA), Deep Fried Beers (USA), Freak Folk (USA) and Messorem (Canada). The result is a hazy and powerful DIPA, born from joint work and the exchange of processes and techniques between masters specialized in this style.
The first brew took place at Omnipollo's Church Brewery in Stockholm, and each participant replicated their own version. This one keeps the original recipe: pale base with high wheat content, intense dry hopping with Citra, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin (30 g/l) and an addition of cryogenic liquid Hop Kief®. The profile is clearly tropical, with soft bitterness and broad aromatic expression, the result of a technical and creative collaboration on an international scale.
