For its tenth anniversary, the original Apex IPA returns transformed into an 8% Single Hop DIPA, a beast-mode tribute to the hop that started it all: Citra. Brewed on a base with plenty of oats and hopped exclusively with Citra, both hot-side and in dry-hop, it also ferments with London Fog yeast to enhance its fruity profile even further. The result is an exuberant beer, with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lime and a wide range of tropical fruits.
