Saltus Brewing, located in Aizoáin, Navarra, began its activity in 2017. It is a cooperative founded by homebrewers who, after operating for a while as nomads, established their own brewery. They have specialized in two very clear directions: modern hoppy beers (hazy IPAs and West Coast) and traditional-style Lagers.
Among their regular and real references are Aker (an IPA that is their flagship), Lau (a Helles-style Lager, which they call "Basque Lager") and rotating series of Double IPAs such as their experimental hop series. Their graphic identity and the names of their beers are often linked to Basque mythology and culture.
