About the brewery

Founded in 2013 in Segovia by brothers Adrian and Mateo Sanz de Santos, it is now a benchmark in the Spanish craft sector. From the beginning, they have fused tradition with innovation, developing a catalogue that ranges from traditional styles to experimental creations and fruity sour varieties matured in barrel.

Committed to sustainability, they have implemented industrial and energy improvements, such as self-supply systems and the use of local raw materials, which has allowed them to minimize their carbon footprint and water consumption.

The choice of name, in honour of San Frutos, patron saint of Segovia, underlines their connection with local identity.
