Ayinger Winter Bock is a dark Doppelbock brewed with four types of malt and matured for 16 weeks. Dark chestnut in colour, it offers a malty, rounded and full-bodied profile, accompanied by delicate coffee notes and a balanced finish, far from the excessive sweetness common in many Doppelbocks.
