Pastry Stout brewed as a tribute to the classic British Sticky Toffee Pudding. It uses 200 kg of dates steamed for 12.5 hours, adding a dense, syrupy base with pronounced caramelized depth.
The recipe includes Papua New Guinea vanilla, which adds creamy fudge nuances. The whole comes together in layers of sweet dough and dark fruits, accurately recreating the profile of a traditional pastry dessert.
