A Sour beer in the traditional Flanders Red Ale style, aged for two years in wine barrels. Rich in wood and cherry notes, Ritual Madness offers an intense, complex experience that will especially appeal to those who enjoy sour beers with a pronounced barrel-aged character.
It is brewed from a blend of fresh batches and batches aged for one and two years in barrels, using grape must to add a fruity, acidic base. This process brings notes of red wine vinegar, leather, cherries and woody nuances that come together in a very balanced whole.
