Sour Ale inspired by the iconic Brazilian caipirinha, brewed in collaboration with Cervejaria Escafandrista within the Winter Affair Gossip series. Over a light and tart base, passion fruit, lime and a touch of cachaca, Brazil's typical sugarcane spirit, are added. The result is a very refreshing beer, with tropical aroma, lively citrus acidity, light body and a subtle exotic nuance on the finish.
