Pacific Sunrise hop is characterized by prominent tropical fruit notes such as pineapple and mango, accompanied by citrus traces of mandarin and lemon; it also offers herbal and floral nuances.
Pacific Sunrise has an alpha acid content that ranges between 10-13%, making it suitable both for imparting bitterness and for use in dry hopping. It has a high concentration of essential oils, including myrcene, humulene and caryophyllene.
