Cervejaria Escafandrista is a brewery located in Piracicaba, in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. Officially founded in 2020, it has quickly positioned itself as one of the most outstanding references in the modern South American craft scene, earning high ratings on international platforms. Its production focuses almost exclusively on contemporary and extreme styles, specializing in Hazy IPAs (New England IPAs), sweet-profile Imperial Stouts and, very especially, Sours with massive fruit loads (Smoothie Sours).
The brand stands out for a visual identity based on vintage divers and underwater exploration. From a technical point of view, its brews are characterized by the search for very dense textures and the intensive use of adjuncts such as lactose, vanilla, coconut and tropical fruits in very high quantities, prioritizing flavour intensity and body over classic tradition.
