Apex does not diversify its catalogue: it specializes. Each recipe refines what was learned in the previous one, maintaining a consistent and recognizable profile. Apex does not diversify its catalogue excessively. It mainly brews NEIPAs, DIPAs, TIPAs and hoppy Pale Ales, always in small batches and with an emphasis on freshness and a clean profile.
